The conference presentations provide insights into the potential uses of insects in animal feed and the food industry on the Hungarian market, covering topics such as legal regulations, insect farming, industrial applicability, sensory factors, consumer acceptance, marketing, and more. Besides organizational tasks, I was invited as a speakert to talk about consumer acceptance of insects and insect-based food products.
